If you are traveling by car, enter '824 Jeongjo-ro, Haenggung-dong, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do' into your GPS or navigation app. From central Gyeonggi Province, take the Gyeongbu Expressway (Expressway 1) towards Suwon. Take the exit toward Suwon/Seongnam and merge onto the Dongbu Expressway (Expressway 50). Continue straight until you reach Suwon. Once in Suwon, follow signs to Paldal-gu and then to Jeongjo-ro. There is parking available near the Yeomingak Bell Pavilion, which may incur a small fee (around 1,000 KRW per hour).

For those using public transportation, you can take the subway to Suwon Station (Line 1). Upon arriving at Suwon Station, exit the station and board Bus No. 9 or Bus No. 37. Ride the bus for about 10-15 minutes and get off at the Jeongjo-ro stop. From there, it is a short 5-minute walk to Yeomingak Bell Pavilion. Be sure to have some cash or a T-money card (which can be purchased at convenience stores) for the bus fare, which is approximately 1,200 KRW.
