Getting There

  • Public Bus

    From Gyeongju city center, head to the Gyeongju Bus Terminal located at 168-10, Hwango-dong. Take bus number 100 or 101, which are both headed towards Yangsan. The ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Get off at the Tongdosa Temple stop (Tongdosa), which is the last stop on the route. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the temple entrance.

  • Taxi

    If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Gyeongju. Simply tell the driver 'Tongdosa Temple' or show them the address: 108 Tongdosa-ro, Habuk-myeon, Yangsan-si. The taxi ride will take around 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to have cash handy, as not all taxis may accept credit cards.

  • Bicycle Rental
