Walking
If you are staying in Bomun-dong, Gyeongju East Palace Garden is within walking distance. From the center of Bomun-dong, head east on Bomun-ro. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass by various shops and cafes along the way. As you approach the garden, you will see the entrance signage on your left at 74-14 Bomun-ro. The walk should take around 15-20 minutes.

Public Bus
You can also take a local bus to reach Gyeongju East Palace Garden. Look for bus stops along Bomun-ro and catch a bus heading towards Bukgun-dong. The fare is usually around 1,200 KRW. Get off at the 'Bomun Tourist Complex' stop, which is the closest stop to the garden. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk: head south on Bomun-ro, and you will see the entrance to the garden on your right.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Bomun-dong. The cost is typically around 3,000 KRW per hour. Once you have your bike, head east on Bomun-ro. It's a pleasant ride of about 1 kilometer to the garden. Follow the bike lane, and you will find the entrance on your left. Make sure to park your bicycle in the designated area at the garden entrance.
