If you're driving from the center of Yesan, head south on National Route 1. Continue for about 10 kilometers until you reach the junction for Deoksan Oncheon. Turn right onto Sadong-ri Road and follow the signs for Deoksan Oncheon. The destination will be on your left at 415 Sadong-ri, Deoksan-myeon, Yesan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. Parking is available on-site.

From Yesan Bus Terminal, take a local bus heading towards Deoksan Oncheon. You can catch the bus at the terminal, and it runs approximately every hour. The fare is around 2,000 KRW. After roughly 30 minutes, get off at the Deoksan Oncheon stop. The site will be a short walk from the bus stop. Make sure to check the latest bus schedules for any changes.
