If you are driving, start from Hongseong city center. Take Route 21 heading west. After about 10 kilometers, make a right turn onto Route 32. Continue for 5 kilometers until you reach Seobu-myeon. Follow the signs toward Gungri Harbor. The harbor is located on the right side of the road. Parking is available near the harbor, but be aware that it may incur a small fee.

To reach Gungri Harbor by public transport, start from the Hongseong Bus Terminal. Take a local bus heading toward Seobu-myeon (check local schedules, as they may vary). The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the Gung-ri stop, which is a short walk from the harbor. Be sure to check the bus return times to avoid getting stranded.

If you prefer a more direct option, you can take a taxi from Hongseong city center to Gungri Harbor. The taxi ride should take around 20 minutes, depending on traffic. The fare will be approximately 15,000 to 20,000 KRW. Make sure to have the address written down: 'Chungcheongnam-do, Hongseong-gun, Seobu-myeon, Gung-ri, 540-82' to show the driver.
