If you are driving, start from the nearest major city in the Hoseo Region, such as Cheonan or Asan. From Cheonan, take the Gyeongbu Expressway (Expressway 1) towards Seosan. Take the exit toward Seosan, and continue on the local roads. Follow the signs towards Haemi Eupseong Fortress, which is located at 143 Nammun 2-ro, Haemi-myeon, Seosan-si. The fortress is approximately a 1.5-hour drive from Cheonan.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Cheonan or Asan to Seosan. Buses to Seosan frequently depart from the Cheonan Bus Terminal. Once you arrive at Seosan Bus Terminal, transfer to a local bus heading to Haemi-myeon. You can catch Bus No. 1 or No. 2 which will take you directly to Haemi Eupseong Fortress. The total travel time, including transfers, is approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. Ensure to check the bus schedules in advance.

If you arrive at Haemi-myeon by local bus, the fortress is within walking distance from the bus stop. After getting off the bus, head south on Nammun 2-ro for about 10 minutes, following the signs leading to Haemi Eupseong Fortress. The walk is pleasant, and you can enjoy the local scenery.
