From Jeju City, head to the Jeju Intercity Bus Terminal. You can take Bus 600 or Bus 700 from the terminal to Seogwipo. The journey takes about 1 hour depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Seogwipo Intercity Bus Terminal, transfer to Bus 781 and ride it towards Daejeong-eup. Get off at the Gotjawal Provincial Park stop. The park entrance is a short walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Jeju City directly to Gotjawal Provincial Park. Just provide the driver with the address: 58 Boseong-ri, Daejeong-eup, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do. The ride should take about 40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

For the more adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Jeju City. Follow the coastal road towards Seogwipo, enjoying the views along the way. The distance is approximately 30 kilometers, so be prepared for a long ride. Once you reach Seogwipo, follow the signs to Daejeong-eup and look for Gotjawal Provincial Park. Note that there may be some hilly sections along the route.
