From Jeju City, make your way to the Jeju Intercity Bus Terminal (제주버스터미널). You can take a taxi or walk, as it's located about 1.5 km from the city center. At the bus terminal, look for the buses heading towards 'Seogwipo' (서귀포). You want to take a bus that goes to 'Halla Eco Forest' or 'Halla Mountain'. The bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you reach the stop closest to Halla Eco Forest, disembark and follow the signs to the entrance of the park, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Jeju City to Halla Eco Forest. Simply tell the driver 'Halla Eco Forest' (한라생태숲). The journey will take around 30 minutes depending on traffic. The taxi fare will typically range from 25,000 to 35,000 KRW.

From the center of Jeju City, it is approximately a 10 km distance, which can take around 2 hours on foot or 30 minutes by bike. Follow the main road, '516-ro', heading towards the forest.
