To reach Hallasan National Park using public transportation, head to the Jeju Intercity Bus Terminal in Jeju City. Take bus number 780, which goes directly to the Hallasan National Park entrance. Buses typically run every 30-60 minutes, so be sure to check the schedule. The bus ride takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at the Hallasan National Park stop, you'll see signs directing you to the park entrance. The fare for the bus is around 2,000 KRW. It’s advisable to carry cash for the bus fare.
