From Jeju City, head to the nearest bus terminal, Jeju Intercity Bus Terminal. You can take Bus No. 100 or 200 heading towards Jocheon. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you reach the Jocheon Bus Stop, disembark and walk for about 15 minutes. Head east on 516-ro, and you will find the Visitor Information Center for the Seongpanak Trail at 1865 516-ro.
