From Jeju City Hall, walk to the nearest bus stop and board Bus 100 or Bus 200. These buses frequently run to Hamdeok Beach. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Make sure to pay the fare (around 1,200 KRW) when you board. Stay on the bus until you reach the 'Hamdeok Beach' stop. Once you get off, follow the signs to the beach, which is a short walk away.
