Once in Seogwipo, follow signs for Cheonjiyeon Waterfalls. There is parking available near the entrance, which may incur a fee of around 1,000 KRW per hour.

To reach Cheonjiyeon Waterfalls via public transportation, start by taking a bus from Jeju City. Board the bus heading to Seogwipo (Bus #600 or #800) at the Jeju Intercity Bus Terminal. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and costs around 3,000 KRW. Once you arrive at Seogwipo Bus Terminal, transfer to a local bus (Bus #1, #3, or #5) towards Cheonjiyeon Waterfalls. The bus ride will take about 10 minutes and costs around 1,200 KRW. Alight at the 'Cheonjiyeon Waterfall' bus stop, and you will find the entrance just a short walk away.
