Once you arrive at the Seogwipo Intercity Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and look for bus number 15 or 16, which will take you to Sojeongbang Waterfall. Get off at the Sojeongbang Waterfall stop, which is just a short walk from the entrance.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Jeju City to Sojeongbang Waterfall. Just tell the driver 'Sojeongbang Waterfall' or show them the address: 278 Donghong-dong, Seogwipo-si. The taxi ride will take about 40 minutes depending on traffic, and it's a convenient option if you're traveling with a group.
