Car
From Muju Ski Resort, head south on the main road towards Muju. Continue on this road for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the intersection at the town of Muju. Take a left turn onto Route 31 and follow it for about 10 kilometers. You will see signs for Yeongdong. Keep following the signs, and after a few more kilometers, you will arrive at Wollyu-bong in Yeongdong. Look for parking areas nearby.

Public Transportation
First, from Muju Ski Resort, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the resort entrance. Take the bus heading to Muju City (approximately 20 minutes ride). Once you arrive at Muju City, transfer to a bus heading towards Yeongdong. The bus ride from Muju City to Yeongdong will take about 30-40 minutes. After arriving in Yeongdong, you can ask locals for directions to Wollyu-bong, which is well-known in the area. It's a short walk from the bus stop.
