Car
If you are driving from the central area of Yeongdong, head south on the main road (Route 5). Follow the signs for Hwanggan-myeon. After approximately 15 kilometers, take a right turn onto Nogeun-ri Road. Continue straight for about 5 kilometers, and you will arrive at Nogeunri Peace Park, located at 683-2 Nogeun-ri, Hwanggan-myeon, Yeongdong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. There is free parking available at the park.

To reach Nogeunri Peace Park via public transportation, start by taking a bus from Yeongdong bus terminal to Hwanggan. The bus departs regularly and the fare is approximately 2,000 KRW. Once you arrive at Hwanggan, you will need to take a local taxi to Nogeunri Peace Park; the taxi ride will cost around 10,000 KRW and takes about 10 minutes.
