Car
If you are driving, start by heading towards Cheongju-si. You can use a GPS navigation system and input the address: 143 Myeongam-ro, Sangdang-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do. If you are coming from Daejeon, take the Gyeongbu Expressway (Expressway 1) and exit at Cheongju. Follow the signs to Sangdang-gu and Myeongam-ro. Parking is available at the museum.

Public Transportation - Bus
To reach Cheongju National Museum by bus, first make your way to the nearest intercity bus terminal in your area. Purchase a ticket to Cheongju at the terminal. Once you arrive at Cheongju Bus Terminal, take local bus number 5 or 6. These buses will take you directly to the museum. The journey takes about 20-30 minutes. The cost of the bus ticket is approximately 1,200 KRW.

Public Transportation - Train
If you're near a KTX or regular train station, you can take a train to Cheongju Station. From there, take local bus number 5 or 6 towards the museum. The train ride may take around 1-2 hours depending on your starting location. The train fare varies but expect to pay around 10,000-20,000 KRW. After getting off at Cheongju Station, the bus ride to the museum will take about 20 minutes.
