Start by taking a train or bus to Gunsan. From Seoul, you can take a KTX (Korea Train Express) to Gunsan Station. Once you arrive at Gunsan Station, take a local bus or a taxi to Jangjado. Local buses may have routes that go through Okdo-myeon; check the current schedule as it can vary. The taxi ride will be more direct and might cost around 10,000 to 15,000 KRW.
