Follow the signs to Gangneung and merge onto the 42 Highway. Continue on the 42 Highway until you reach the exit for Gyeongpo-ro. Turn left onto Gyeongpo-ro, and after approximately 15 kilometers, you will see Gyeongpodae Pavilion on your right at 365 Gyeongpo-ro, Gangneung-si. There is parking available nearby.
