From the center of Pyeongchang Ski Resorts, take the main road towards Taegi-ro. Follow the signs for Phoenix Ski Resort, and keep an eye out for the hotel on your right. Parking is available on-site, and it is free for hotel guests.

To reach Phoenix Pyeongchang Hotel via public transportation, take a local bus from the Pyeongchang Bus Terminal. Bus routes that go towards the Phoenix Ski Resort are available. Check the bus schedule ahead of time, as they may not run frequently. Once on the bus, request to get off at the Phoenix Ski Resort stop. From there, the hotel is a short walk of approximately 500 meters. Follow the signs towards the hotel; it will be on your left.
