After about 30 minutes, you will reach Sokcho city. Look for signs directing you to Cheoksan Foot Bath Park. The park is located in the Nohak-dong area of Sokcho, approximately 10 minutes from the city center.

Take a bus from Seoraksan National Park to Sokcho. Look for the bus stop near the park entrance and catch a bus towards Sokcho. The ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Sokcho, transfer to a local bus (Bus No. 1 or 2) or a taxi that heads towards Nohak-dong, which is where Cheoksan Foot Bath Park is located. The local bus fare is approximately 1,200 KRW. Alternatively, a taxi from Sokcho city to Cheoksan Foot Bath Park will cost around 5,000 to 7,000 KRW.
