After about 1.5 hours of driving, take the exit toward Goseong-gun. Continue on Route 7, which will lead you through scenic countryside. Follow the signs to Munamjin-ri, Jugwang-myeon. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at Neungpadae, which is located in Munamjin-ri.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Sokcho Bus Terminal. Board a bus heading to Goseong-gun, which operates frequently throughout the day. The trip takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Goseong Intercity Bus Terminal, transfer to a local bus or taxi that goes to Munamjin-ri, Jugwang-myeon. The local bus ride will take around 20 minutes, and taxis are available for hire outside the terminal if you prefer a quicker option.
