Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey from a major city in Gangwon Province, such as Chuncheon. Take the Donghae Expressway (Expressway 65) towards Sokcho. After about 1.5 hours of driving, take the exit toward Goseong-gun. Continue on Route 7, which will lead you through scenic countryside. Follow the signs to Munamjin-ri, Jugwang-myeon. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at Neungpadae, which is located in Munamjin-ri.

Bus
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Sokcho Bus Terminal. Board a bus heading to Goseong-gun, which operates frequently throughout the day. The trip takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Goseong Intercity Bus Terminal, transfer to a local bus or taxi that goes to Munamjin-ri, Jugwang-myeon. The local bus ride will take around 20 minutes, and taxis are available for hire outside the terminal if you prefer a quicker option.

If you're already in a nearby town such as Sokcho or Goseong, you can hail a taxi directly to Neungpadae. The fare from Sokcho to Neungpadae should be around 20,000 to 25,000 KRW, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver beforehand to avoid surprises.
