If you're traveling by car from Seoraksan National Park, start by exiting the park and head towards the east on the Donghae Expressway (Expressway 7). Follow the signs for Yangyang. Continue on the expressway for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the exit for Yangyang. After exiting, follow the signs for Naksan Beach, which is located in Jucheong-ri, Ganghyeon-myeon. The total driving distance is about 40 kilometers and should take around 50 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
