If you're traveling by car from Seoraksan National Park, head south on Seoraksan-ro and follow the signs towards Sokcho. After about 20 minutes of driving, merge onto Donghae Expressway (also known as National Route 44) towards Sokcho. Continue for approximately 15 km, then take the exit towards Sokcho. Follow the road signs to reach Sokcho Beach, located at 186 Haeoreum-ro, Joyang-dong, Sokcho-si, Gangwon-do.
