Car
If you're traveling by car from Seoraksan National Park, head south on Seoraksan-ro and follow the signs towards Sokcho. After about 20 minutes of driving, merge onto Donghae Expressway (also known as National Route 44) towards Sokcho. Continue for approximately 15 km, then take the exit towards Sokcho. Follow the road signs to reach Sokcho Beach, located at 186 Haeoreum-ro, Joyang-dong, Sokcho-si, Gangwon-do.

Public Transportation (Bus)
To reach Sokcho Beach via public transportation, start by taking a local bus from Seoraksan National Park. Look for the bus bound for Sokcho at the nearest bus stop. The journey takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal, transfer to a local bus or taxi that will take you to Sokcho Beach. Local buses such as the 1 or 2 will drop you off near the beach. The entire trip may cost around 3,000 to 5,000 KRW, depending on your bus route.
