From Seoraksan National Park, take the 44 highway southbound. Continue driving for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the 38 highway. Merge onto the 38 highway heading southeast. After about 25 kilometers, take the exit toward Jecheon. Follow the signs to Jecheon, and once in town, navigate to Worak-ri, Deoksan-myeon. The park entrance is well-marked, and parking is available. The total drive will take around 1 hour.

To reach Woraksan National Park using public transport, first head to the Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal. From there, take an intercity bus to Jecheon. The bus ride is approximately 2 hours and costs around 15,000 KRW. Once you arrive at Jecheon Bus Terminal, you can take a local bus or taxi to Worak-ri, Deoksan-myeon. Local buses are available, and the fare is approximately 1,200 KRW. The total travel time will be around 3 hours, depending on the bus schedule.
