To reach Bugaksan Cheongundae from central Seoul, start by taking Line 3 (the Orange Line) from a station like Gyeongbokgung Station. Board the train towards Daehwa Station and get off at Gyeongbokgung Station (2 stops). From the station, take Exit 2 and walk straight until you reach the main gate of Gyeongbokgung Palace. Once there, head towards the palace grounds and look for the entrance to Bugaksan Mountain. Follow the signs for Cheongundae, which is a popular hiking spot with great views.

You can also take bus number 1020 or 1711 from the nearest bus stop, which you can find by walking to the nearest major intersection. Board the bus heading towards 'Buam-dong' or 'Bugaksan', and get off at the Bugaksan Park stop. From the bus stop, follow the signs towards the park entrance, where you can begin your hike up to Cheongundae.

If you're staying in the nearby neighborhood of Buam-dong, you can simply walk to Bugaksan Cheongundae. Head to the main road and look for signs directing you to Bugaksan Park. The walk is quite scenic and will only take about 15-20 minutes. Keep in mind that the path up to Cheongundae is a hike, so wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for some uphill walking.
