If you are near a subway station, take Line 4 (the light blue line) to Hoehyeon Station. Once you arrive at Hoehyeon Station, take Exit 5. After exiting, walk straight for about 300 meters. You will see Seoullo 7017 ahead on your left.

Alternatively, you can take Line 1 (the dark blue line) to Seoul Station. From Seoul Station, take Exit 2. Walk straight for about 500 meters, cross the road at the traffic lights, and you will find Seoullo 7017 right at the intersection.

You can take bus number 7016 or 402 from various locations in Seoul. Get off at the 'Seoullo 7017' bus stop. The park will be directly in front of you.

If you are already in the vicinity of Namdaemun Market, you can walk to Seoullo 7017. Head northwest along the main road (Cheongpa-ro) for about 500 meters. You will see the entrance to Seoullo 7017 on your right.
