Car
If you are driving from Daejeon, take the Gyeongbu Expressway (Expressway 1) towards Boryeong. After approximately 130 km, take the exit towards Boryeong and follow Route 32. Continue for about 15 km until you reach Ungcheon-eup. Once in Ungcheon-eup, follow the signs to Muchangpo Tideland. The destination is located at Gwandang-ri, Ungcheon-eup, Boryeong-si, Chungcheongnam-do. There is typically no parking fee, but it’s good to check for any updated local regulations.

Public Transportation
From Daejeon, take a KTX or Mugunghwa train to Boryeong Station. The train ride takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at Boryeong Station, you can take a local bus (Bus No. 100 or 200) towards Ungcheon-eup. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Muchangpo Tideland stop. Buses run every 30 minutes, and the fare is around 1,200 KRW. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the return trip.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Boryeong Station directly to Muchangpo Tideland. This option is convenient, especially if you are traveling in a group.
