Getting There

Subway
From Suwon Station, take Line 1 (the dark blue line) towards Incheon. Get off at the City Hall Station. Transfer to Line 2 (the green line) and head towards the direction of Sinseol-dong. Get off at the Gyeongbokgung Station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to Gyeongbokgung Palace and walk towards the palace entrance. From there, you can either walk or take a local bus heading to Jahamun-ro.

Bus
From Suwon, go to the Suwon Bus Terminal and look for a bus heading to Seoul, specifically those that stop in the Jongno district. You can take a bus that goes directly to Jongno 3-ga or Gwanghwamun. Once you arrive, transfer to a local bus or take a short taxi ride to Jahamun-ro. You can ask the bus driver to let you know when to get off for Jahamun-ro.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Suwon. Just tell the driver 'Jahamun-ro 280, Buam-dong, Jongno District, Seoul.' The taxi drivers in Korea are generally familiar with major attractions and locations, so they will know where to take you. The journey may take around 1 hour, depending on traffic.

Walking
If you are near the Gyeongbokgung Palace area, you can walk to the Cheongha Korean Ginseng Museum. From the palace, exit towards Jahamun-ro, then walk straight along Jahamun-ro for about 15 minutes. The museum will be on your right.
