From Suwon Station, take Line 1 (the dark blue line) towards Seodongtan Station. After 17 stops, get off at Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station. Transfer to Line 2 (the green line) and head towards City Hall Station. After 6 stops, get off at Euljiro 4-ga Station. Exit the station and walk towards the intersection at Euljiro 4-ga. From there, take a bus number 147 or 421 towards Geumho-dong. Get off at the 'Geumho-dong' bus stop. Eungbong Neighborhood Park will be a short walk from the bus stop.

From Suwon Station, take bus number 3000 which goes directly to Seoul. Stay on the bus for about 1 hour and get off at the 'Geumho-dong' stop. From the bus stop, walk towards 72 Geumho-dong 1(il)-ga; Eungbong Neighborhood Park will be on your left side.

If you prefer taking a taxi, simply tell the driver 'Eungbong Neighborhood Park, Geumho-dong 1(il)-ga' in Korean (you can show them the address in writing if needed). The ride will take approximately 40 minutes depending on traffic. Taxis are readily available around Suwon Station.
