Getting There

  • Subway

    Start your journey at any subway station in Seoul. If you are near a Line 4 station, take Line 4 towards Dongdaemun. Transfer at Dongdaemun station to Line 1 (the blue line) towards Incheon. Get off at the next stop, which is City Hall Station. Exit from Exit 2 and head towards Deoksugung Palace. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with the main road. Continue walking until you see the entrance to Namsan Park on your left. From there, follow the signs leading to the Seoul City Wall.

    Locate a nearby bus stop and take Bus 2 or Bus 3. Verify with the bus schedule that these routes connect to Namsan. Ride the bus and get off at the Namsan Park stop. Once you disembark, follow the signs for Namsan Park. You will walk uphill slightly until you see the entrance to the Seoul City Wall.
