Subway
If you are in Suwon, start by heading to the Suwon Station. From there, take Line 1 (the dark blue line) towards Seoul. You will need to transfer at the Guro Station to Line 1 that goes towards the City Hall Station. Once you arrive at City Hall Station, exit the station and follow the signs to the 'Exit 5'. After exiting, proceed straight until you reach the intersection of Jong-ro. Tapgol Park is located at 99 Jong-ro, just a few minutes walk from the exit.
Bus
From your location in Suwon, find the nearest bus stop and take a bus heading towards Seoul. Look for buses that go to Jongno or the Dongdaemun area. Make sure to ask the driver to let you off at Jongno District. Once you get off, you will be close to Jong-ro. Walk along Jong-ro, and you will see Tapgol Park on your left at 99 Jong-ro within a short distance.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct way, you can take a taxi from your location in Suwon. Simply tell the driver 'Tapgol Park, 99 Jong-ro, Jongno District, Seoul'. The driver will take you straight to the park. It should take about 40-50 minutes depending on traffic.
Walking
If you are near the area of Suwon and want to enjoy a scenic walk, you can walk towards the nearest subway station, which is Suwon Station. From there, follow the 'Subway' instructions mentioned above. Alternatively, if you're already in a nearby area, use a map application to find the best walking route to 99 Jong-ro, Jongno District, Seoul, where Tapgol Park is located.
