Subway
Start at Suwon Station (수원역) on Line 1. Take the subway towards Incheon and get off at the next stop, which is Paldal Station (팔달역). Once you exit the station, head towards the main street and take Exit 1. From there, walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection. Turn left at the intersection onto Namchang-dong Street, and continue walking for 300 meters. The 대한독립기념비 (Independence Memorial) will be on your right.

From Suwon Station (수원역), head to the bus stop located just outside the station. Look for bus number 7 or 8, which will take you towards Paldal-gu. Board the bus and stay on for about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Namchang-dong' stop (남창동 정류장). After getting off, walk straight ahead for about 200 meters, then turn right onto the pathway leading to the 대한독립기념비 (Independence Memorial).
