Depending on your starting point, navigate to Jeongjo-ro and walk towards the direction of Jangan-dong. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions to 'Janganmun Gate'. It should take you about 10-15 minutes on foot from most locations within Paldal-gu.

You can also take a public bus to get to Janganmun Gate. Look for bus stops near your location and check the routes on the bus stop signs. Buses that go towards Jangan-dong will typically stop near the gate. The fare for a bus ride is around 1,250 KRW. Make sure to have some change ready or a T-money card for convenience. Once you are on the bus, keep an eye out for the 'Janganmun' stop and disembark there. From the bus stop, it will only be a short walk to the gate.

If you prefer using the subway, the nearest station is Suwon Station (Line 1). From Suwon Station, you can take a local bus or walk. If you take a bus, head to the bus stop outside the station and catch a bus heading towards Jangan-dong. Again, the bus fare is approximately 1,250 KRW.
