Walking
If you are at Suwon Station, exit the station and head towards the main road. Walk straight along the street for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with the large roundabout. Cross the road at the traffic lights, and continue straight until you see the sign for Hwaseong Fortress. Follow the signs leading to the fortress entrance, and after entering, walk uphill towards Seonodae (Western Crossbow Tower), which is located within the fortress walls.

Bus
From Suwon Station, take Bus No. 11 or No. 13, which you can catch at the bus stop right outside the station. The bus ride will take around 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Hwaseong Fortress' stop. From there, walk towards the fortress entrance, and once inside, follow the path uphill towards Seonodae (Western Crossbow Tower).

Take Line 1 of the subway and get off at Suwon Station. From there, head to the main exit and find the bus stop for Bus No. 11 or 13. Board the bus and travel for about 10 minutes. Alight at 'Hwaseong Fortress' stop and proceed to the fortress entrance. After entering, continue walking uphill to reach Seonodae (Western Crossbow Tower).
