If you are traveling by car, start from any location in the Yeongnam Region and head towards the Gyeongbu Expressway (No. 1). Follow the expressway north towards Seoul. After approximately 2-3 hours of driving, take the exit towards Dongdaemun and merge onto Cheongnyangni-ro. Continue straight until you reach Samil-daero. Turn left onto Samil-daero, and after about 1 km, you will find Unhyeongung Yanggwan (Western-style Building) on your left at 464 Samil-daero, Jongno District, Seoul. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee depending on the location.

To reach Unhyeongung Yanggwan by public transport, you can start from any major city in the Yeongnam Region. Take a KTX train to Seoul Station (approximately 2-3 hours). From Seoul Station, transfer to Line 1 (the blue line) and head towards Dongmyo Station. At Dongmyo Station, transfer to Line 6 (the brown line) and get off at Samgakji Station. From Samgakji Station, take Exit 5 and walk towards the intersection. After around 15 minutes of walking, you will arrive at 464 Samil-daero, Jongno District, where Unhyeongung Yanggwan is located. Be aware that subway fares will apply, typically around 1,250 KRW for a single journey.
