If you are driving to Jangtaesan Recreational Forest from central locations in the Yeongseo Region, take Route 21 heading towards Daejeon. Follow the signs for Daejeon and merge onto the expressway. After approximately 1 hour, take the exit for Seo-gu and follow the local roads to Jangtaesan Recreational Forest. You can use GPS navigation, entering the coordinates 36.2187201, 127.3401569, to arrive directly at the entrance.

For those using public transport, start by taking a bus from your current location to Daejeon. Buses such as the 1, 2, or 3 will take you to the Daejeon bus terminal. From there, transfer to a local bus going towards Jangtaesan. The bus ride should take about 30 minutes, and ensure you have a small amount of cash for the fare, usually around 1,200 KRW. Once you arrive at the Jangtaesan stop, there will be signage directing you to the entrance of the recreational forest.
