  • Walking

    From Playa del Postiguet, head north towards the Avenida de Federico Soto. Walk along the beach promenade until you reach the intersection with Avenida de Alfonso X el Sabio. Continue straight on Avenida de Alfonso X el Sabio, and after about a 10-minute walk, you will come to a roundabout. Plaça de la Porta de la Mar is located just off the roundabout. Look for the signs pointing towards the plaza.

    If you prefer to take public transport, you can walk to the nearest tram station, which is called 'Luceros'. From Playa del Postiguet, walk towards the Plaza de los Luceros (about 15 minutes). At the Luceros tram station, take Line 1 (the red line) towards 'Bendicho' and get off at the 'Marq-Castillo' stop. From there, it's about a 5-minute walk to Plaça de la Porta de la Mar. Just head east along Calle San Francisco until you reach the plaza. Note that a tram ticket costs around €1.50.
