Getting There

• Metro

  If you're near a Metro station, take Line 3 (the Green Line) towards Zona Universitaria. Get off at the Liceu station. Once you exit the station, walk along La Rambla heading towards Plaça de Catalunya. After about 10 minutes, turn left onto Carrer de la Mercè. Continue walking for a couple of minutes, and you'll reach the Basilica of Our Lady of Mercy at Carrer de la Mercè, 1.

• Bus

  Find a nearby bus stop and take any bus that heads towards Plaça de Catalunya or La Rambla. Look for buses with numbers 59, 91, or 120. Get off at the stop called 'Liceu'. From there, walk towards Carrer de la Mercè, which is about a 5-minute walk. Turn left onto Carrer de la Mercè, and the Basilica will be at number 1.

• Walking

  If you are already in the Ciutat Vella area, you can simply walk to the Basilica. Locate La Rambla and walk towards the Liceu Theatre. From there, turn left onto Carrer de la Mercè. The Basilica is located at number 1, just a few minutes away from La Rambla.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  You can easily hail a taxi or use a rideshare app like Uber or Cabify. Simply input 'Carrer de la Mercè, 1, Ciutat Vella, 08002 Barcelona' as your destination. The driver will take you directly to the Basilica of Our Lady of Mercy.
