Train
From central Barcelona, head to the 'Plaça de Catalunya' station. Take the R1 line (red line) towards 'Granollers-Canovelles'. Stay on the train for about 30 minutes. Get off at 'El Masnou' station, which is the last stop on this line. Once you arrive at El Masnou station, exit the station and walk towards the coast. Follow the signs to the beach and Port Esportiu del Masnou, which should take about 10-15 minutes on foot.

From 'Plaça de Catalunya', take the bus number 80 towards 'El Masnou'. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Get off at the 'Port Esportiu' stop. Once you are off the bus, walk towards the marina, which is just a short walk away. Follow the path leading directly to Port Esportiu del Masnou.

Take the L4 (yellow line) metro from 'Jaume I' station towards 'Trinitat Nova'. Change at 'Passeig de Gràcia' station to the R1 line (red line) towards 'Granollers-Canovelles'. Travel for about 30 minutes and get off at 'El Masnou' station. Exit the station and walk towards the coast to reach Port Esportiu del Masnou in about 10-15 minutes.
