Family Fun
We went as a family (two teenagers) and we're the only ones there and it was great. Not much peddling, none really, but we had a good swim in the sea. It'd been a long time since I'd dived off a boat and the kids' first. It's probably more geared up for groups of young adults, and I can totally see how that would be a great laugh, but it worked for us as well.

Lovely experience! My 12 year old son and I had a great time. I was a bit nervous as he has only paddled in the river at home but we both found it was not too hard. Hosts took our photos and helped with form.
