This is a great activity for those who want an authentic paella experience in a quieter area of town, on a beautiful rooftop. Benjamin was incredibly friendly and knowledgable, giving us the choice of how much involvement we wanted in the cooking. The taste and authenticity of the paella was paramount and he took every opportunity to explain what was happening and give personal anecdotes. If you want a relaxed atmosphere with a host that really cares about the food please do choose this experience.

Vielen lieben Dank an die Gastgeber. Ihr managt den Workshop bescheiden und unauffällig. Ein tolles Erlebnis mit Euch zu kochen, und nebenbei mehr über Barcelona und die spanische Küche zu erfahren. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an wohl, die Atmosphäre war chillig und fast familär. Ja ... und der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Liebe Grüße aus Berlin

Outstanding class! Excellent chef and teacher!

Gabriel is a terrific chef and teacher. Starting at the market, he showed and explained all the ingredients we would use, and how to differentiate between similar foods. He did a wonderful combination of teaching by example and then having students do the same process. And the ensuing lunch of parlla and a special cake of Santiago were absolutely delicious!
