Walking
If you are in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, start at Plaça del Pi, a well-known square with a charming church. From there, head towards Carrer del Bisbe, which is a picturesque street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Carrer de la Ferran. Turn left onto Carrer de la Ferran and walk about 300 meters. You'll pass several shops and cafes. When you reach Plaça Sant Jaume, look for the large historical buildings. Continue straight, and soon you will see the entrance to the Barcelona History Museum MUHBA at Plaça del Rei, which is just off the square.

Metro
If you prefer a quicker route, you can take the metro. Find the nearest metro station to your location in the Gothic Quarter, such as Liceu (Line 3, Green Line). Board the train towards Canyelles and travel for one stop. Get off at the next station, which is Drassanes. From Drassanes, exit the station and walk towards Carrer de la Marina, then turn left on Carrer del Carme. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Plaça del Rei, where the MUHBA is located.

You can also use the TMB bus system. Look for bus stops near you, such as the stop on Via Laietana. Take bus number 120 towards Cerdanyola del Vallès and get off at the stop called 'Plaça del Rey.' Once you step off the bus, the Barcelona History Museum MUHBA will be just a short walk away. This option may incur a small fare, typically around €2.40 for a single journey, so be sure to have some change or a TMB travel card.
