Turn left onto Gran Vía and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the river. Cross the bridge (Puente de La Salve) and you will see the museum on your right. Alternatively, you can take tram line 1 and get off at the 'Guggenheim' stop, which is right next to the museum.
