If you're driving from Bilbao, take the A-8 motorway towards San Sebastián. Exit at 'Gernika' (exit 14) and follow the signs for BI-631 towards Gernika and Mundaka. Continue on the BI-631 for about 15 km until you reach Axpe Auzoa. Turn onto Axpe Auzoa road, where you'll find Marismas de Urdaibai at the address Axpe Auzoa, 141A, 48350, Bizkaia. Be mindful of parking; look for designated parking areas nearby.

From Bilbao, take the Bizkaibus line A3518 from 'Termibus' station towards Gernika. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Once in Gernika, transfer to the Bizkaibus line A3519 towards Mundaka and get off at the 'Axpe' stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Marismas de Urdaibai. Make sure to check the current schedules for the bus lines, as they may vary.
