If you are driving, head towards Kortezubi in the Biscay region. From Bilbao, take the A-8 highway towards San Sebastián. Exit at the 'Balmaseda/Kortezubi' exit (exit 22). Follow signs for Kortezubi on the BI-631 road. Once in Kortezubi, look for Basondo Auzoa street; the Refugio de Fauna Basondo Babeslekua is located at Basondo Auzoa, 6 bis, 48315 Kortezubi. There is free parking available on-site.
