Getting There

Metro
If you are near the Bilbao city center, head to the Abando metro station. Take Line 1 (the green line) towards Etxebarri. Stay on the metro for 3 stops and get off at San Mamés station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs for Estadio de San Mamés. The stadium will be directly in front of you, just a short walk across the open area.

Locate the nearest bus stop in the city center. Take bus lines 24, 26, or 75, which have stops at or near Estadio de San Mamés. Ride the bus until you reach the stop called 'San Mamés.' Upon exiting, you will see the stadium ahead of you. Just walk straight towards it.
