From the city center, head to the Abando metro station. Purchase a ticket to 'San Mames' (Line 1). Once you arrive at San Mames, transfer to Line 2 (the red line) towards 'Basarrate'. Get off at the next stop, 'Bilbao' station. Exit the station, and you will find yourself near Plaza de Circular. From there, walk towards the Plaza Federico Moyúa, which is just a short 10-minute walk straight from the Plaza de Circular.
