If you are near the city center, head to the Abando Metro Station. Take Line 1 (the green line) towards Etxebarri. After 2 stops, get off at the 'Moyua' station. Once you exit the station, walk towards the Plaza de Moyua. From there, head towards the Gran Vía, and take a left turn onto Calle de Alameda Mazarredo. Continue walking until you reach the Funikularreko Plaza, which is located at the end of the street on your right.
