Getting There

  • Metro

    If you are near the Abando or Moyua metro stations, take Line 1 (the Green Line) towards Etxebarri. Alight at the 'San Mames' station. Exit the station and walk towards the 'San Mames' Stadium. From here, follow the signs to the river, and walk along the riverbank. You will pass the 'Puente de la Salve' bridge. Continue walking along the river until you reach Ramón de la Sota Kaia, where the Itsasmuseum Bilbao is located.

    Look for the nearest bus stop and take bus number 77 or 89. These buses will take you close to the museum. Alight at the 'María Díaz de Haro' stop. From there, walk towards the river and head towards Ramón de la Sota Kaia. The museum will be on your right as you approach the water.
