Walking
If you are starting from the city center, head towards the Plaza de Federico Moyúa. From there, walk down Gran Vía, which is the main street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the river. Turn left onto the riverside promenade, called Paseo de Uribitarte. Follow the promenade until you see the Mercado de la Ribera on your right. Continue walking past the market and cross the bridge called Puente de La Ribera. Once you cross the bridge, turn right and follow the riverbank until you reach Martzana Kaia, which is located at number 17.
Public Transport (Metro)
To get to Martzana Kaia via the Metro, first, find the nearest metro station. If you're near Plaza de Moyúa, take Line 1 (the Biscay line) towards Etxebarri. Get off at the next station, Abando. Once at Abando, transfer to Line 2 (the red line) towards San Inazio. Get off at the San Inazio station. Exit the station and walk towards the river. Once you reach the river, turn left and walk along the riverbank until you arrive at Martzana Kaia, which will be on your left at number 17.
Bus
If you prefer to take the bus, find the nearest bus stop and look for the lines that go towards Ibaiondo. You can take bus line 56 or 75. Board the bus and ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for Martzana Kaia. Once you get off the bus, you will be just a short walk from the location. Walk straight ahead, and Martzana Kaia will be at number 17.
